Guidelines
- This primary purpose of this bulletin board is to provide Longmeadow residents with a
"no cost" means to distribute information about upcoming events as well as other
community related needs. Event notices should also be submitted to the Town Calendar.
- Notices submitted for posted on the Longmeadow Community Bulletin Board
are accepted and posted at the discretion of LongmeadowBiz, LLC.
- LongmeadowBiz, LLC reserves the right to move, modify or remove notices at any time.
- Commercial advertising or marketing of any kind will not be accepted for posting on the Bulletin
Board. Options for commercial
advertising on LongmeadowBiz.com are available.
- Items for Sale, Items Wanted and Services should be submitted to the Classified Ads section of the website.
- Notices will be posted for a maximum of four weeks or until the event date is past.
- All notices will be posted in Adobe Acrobat Reader format (pdf). Submissions
for posting are preferably Microsoft Word "doc", Microsoft Publisher
"pub" or Adobe Acrobat "pdf" format. JPEG format is also
acceptable. Incorporated photos or other graphics are allowed but the file size for
all submissions must be less than 250K.
- When hypertext links are provided in notices, LongmeadowBiz, LLC takes no responsibility
for and gives no warranties, guarantees with respect to the linked sites.
Longmeadow Community Bulletin Board notices using the above
suggested file format should be emailed to: LongmeadowBiz@comcast.net.
Please include contact information (name/ phone number) and requested expiration date for
