• Custom designed webpage (see sample listing) for your rental property including photos (up to 15) and details as well as an Internet address (LongmeadowBiz.com) that can be used in newspaper classified ads to attract potential renters.  For local listings, we will schedule a convenient time to take photos and obtain other listing information.  Changes or modifications including property description, weekly/ monthly rent, etc. will be made at no charge.

• Your listing is posted on the website for up to one year or until you tell us to remove the listing.  If you rent your property and need to advertise it again within one year, we will repost it at no additional charge.
